A Podcast for People Figuring It Out and Finding Their Voice in a Foreign Place
This isn’t a podcast about reinventing yourself overnight.
It’s about how to keep going when you’re doubting everything from your decisions to your accent.
Whether you’re thinking about relocation to a foreign land, learning a new language, or just trying to hold your identity together in the middle of a big change — this is the podcast for real-life humans in transition.
This podcast is about starting over in a new place, finding your voice and not getting it perfect.
Meet your podcasters,
Feds and Hannah
Hello, I’m Feds
I’m a mindset and communication coach for ambitious professionals who feel blocked when they speak — in interviews, meetings, or everyday conversations.
I help you shift your mindset, unlock confidence, and speak in a way that feels natural and powerful, whether English is your second language or you’ve been speaking it your whole life.
I know what it’s like to feel like your words don’t match your potential. I moved to London, excited and ready, but quickly felt like I wasn’t good enough. Not because I lacked skill, but because I didn’t trust myself. Once I shifted that mindset, everything changed.
Today I work with leaders, creatives, and high performers to help them communicate clearly, calmly and with confidence — in work and life.
Not with tips and tricks, but with mindset shifts, accountability, and real human support that sticks.
Hello, I’m Hannah
I work with people who feel stuck in relocation indecision.
I help you untangle the overwhelm, get clear on what you actually want, and move forward, whether that means relocating, returning home, or choosing to stay where you are.
I’ve made big moves for love, work, adventure, and sometimes just to get a roof over my head. I know how exhausting it is to question everything, from your identity to your friendships to where you belong.
Our hardest move came after the pandemic, when we relocated under pressure. It led to burnout and feeling completely disconnected from our new life. I realised how easy it is to lose your why in the chaos and how much harder it is to settle when that happens.
That’s why I do this work.
Not with a formula, but with space, support, and the right questions to help you find your own steady ground and trust your next step.
So why The Stretch Zone?
It’s that middle space. Just beyond what feels easy, but not so far that you shut down.
It’s where you’re growing, learning, figuring things out.
It’s where things feel a bit wobbly. You might doubt yourself.
But you’re showing up anyway.
✦ Maybe you’re learning a new language and wondering if you’ll ever sound like yourself again.
✦ Maybe you’re thinking about moving or settling in somewhere new, and feeling totally uncertain.
✦ Maybe you’re just trying to trust your next step without needing a perfect plan.
This podcast is for those moments.
The ones where you’re stretched, unsure, and still moving forward.
Not because you’ve got it all sorted, but because something inside you knows there’s more.
The more you stretch, the more you realise what you’re capable of.
That’s what we’re here to explore, together.
