Together, We’ll slow down, tune in, and support you to:
Understand what’s feeling off and why
→ Everyday tasks that were easy in the old place now feel impossibly hard, or different. What used to fit doesn’t fit here.
Reflect on how the move has impacted your sense of self
→ Your routines have changed, your hobbies aren’t available, you may have had to leave a job and depend on your partner’s income, the friends and family who ground you are much farther away, the roles we identify with often change in a move.
Make peace with what you’ve left behind
→ It’s not just where you were, it’s who you were when you were there. Plus, different sets of expectations and cultural pressures can make you feel more restricted.
Rebuild confidence, energy and connection
→ These can take a hit, especially if you’re moving home!
Take small, doable steps to feel more grounded and steady
→ You put so much pressure on yourself to adapt, to perform, to have your life sorted (everyone else looks like they have it all together). Taking that pressure off is the first step to feeling grounded. Then we set small, achievable actions that help you make progress towards goals that are meaningful to you—so you regain your sense of agency.

I’ve been there. After living abroad for over a decade, our most recent move came post-pandemic—and it completely floored me.
I thought I’d feel relieved, but instead, I felt burnt out, unsettled, and unsure how to rebuild in a life that no longer felt like mine.
That experience showed me how invisible the emotional side of moving can be. And how easy it is to lose your confidence, your energy, your sense of self, especially when you’re trying to hold it all together for everyone else.

Yes—I work with clients from all over the world. I'm currently based in the US, but all sessions are held on Zoom, so location isn’t an issue.
If you're paying in a different currency, PayPal will convert the amount for you at the current exchange rate. I don’t offer discounts or adjustments based on exchange rates.

Not at all. Sometimes the impact of a move shows up months (or even years) later. Coaching can help you reconnect with yourself, process what’s changed, and figure out what you want next.

No. Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. We won’t be digging into childhood or diagnosing anything. But we will explore the emotional side of moving, and I’ll help you recognise patterns that may be keeping you stuck. If deeper therapeutic support is needed, I’ll always recommend a licensed therapist.

We’ll begin with a free 30-minute clarity call to see if we’re a good fit to work together.
The full programme includes six coaching sessions, a personalised intake session, follow-up notes after each call, email support between sessions, and a bonus check-in three months after we finish.
Ideally, we meet every two weeks—but life happens. You’ll have up to six months to use all seven sessions (not including the bonus check-in), so there’s space for flexibility.
